These Terms govern your use of ShipMyParcels services operated by AeroShip Global OÜ (registry code 17395178, VAT EE102936441, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia) (“ShipMyParcels”, “we”, “us”). By booking a shipment you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We offer parcel shipping services from Europe to India via our own line and carrier partners including FedEx. Available services and prices are shown on the quote comparison page.
2. Booking & payment
All prices are shown in EUR including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via Revolut Merchant. Booking is confirmed only after payment is captured and our webhook records the payment as COMPLETED.
3. DDP & duties
“No hidden destination charges” applies only to eligible all-inclusive DDP services within value thresholds. Courier services and customs-cleared shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, customs inspections, restricted goods decisions, storage, remote area or regulatory charges depending on service terms.
4. Prohibited & restricted goods
You must not ship items on our Prohibited Items list. Shipments containing restricted items may be seized, destroyed or returned at your cost.
5. Insurance & liability
Basic liability is included on all services. Extended insurance can be added at checkout. Our maximum liability without extended insurance is limited per the service terms.
6. Customs declarations
You are responsible for accurate customs declarations. Under-declaration is illegal, delays clearance and may result in penalties.

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of AeroShip Global OÜ’s registered seat in Tallinn, Estonia.
