The price you see is the price you pay — door pickup in Europe, customs clearance, delivery in India are all inside. VAT is 0% (reverse charge) — we invoice from Estonia; Estonian VAT applies only to customers in Estonia. Same price from all 18 origin countries and to every Indian PIN code.

Example: a 7 kg box falls in the "up to 10 kg" tier → €110 total. A 23 kg box → €190 + 3 × €7.50 = €212.50.

We charge the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 5000). Above 20 kg, every extra 0.5 kg is billed at the per-kg rate. Multiple boxes on one booking are added together.
On DDP and Priority lines we prepay Indian import duties and GST, so your family never gets a call from customs or a bill at the door. Economy line: any duties are payable by the recipient on arrival.
