Box
Use double-wall corrugated boxes rated 5–10 kg. Avoid re-using thin e-commerce boxes for heavy contents.
Filler
Fill every gap with crumpled paper or bubble wrap. If it rattles, it will break.
Wrap
Wrap fragile items individually in 3–4 layers of bubble wrap and place in the center of the box.
Tape
H-tape the top and bottom seams with 5cm strong tape. Do not use masking tape or duct tape.
Label
Print the label large. Remove old labels. Add a paper copy of the address inside the box in case the outer label is damaged.
